Welcome to Health Through Herbs. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Health Through Herbs, a herbal products business based in Peshawar, Pakistan. “You” refers to the person visiting this website or placing an order.
We sell herbal teas, powders and related products (the “Products”) through this website, which is hosted on Shopify.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, govern your use of this website and any order you place.
Please read Section 3 carefully. It concerns the nature of our Products and your health, and it is the most important part of this document.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
Who may use this website
You must be at least 18 to purchase from us. Our Products are herbal supplements for adults and are not suitable for children.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or over, that the information you give is accurate and complete, and that you are ordering for your own personal use and not for resale.
We sell and deliver within Pakistan only.
Our Products
Our Products are herbal supplements prepared in small batches in Peshawar, Pakistan.
Every Product carries its complete ingredient list on the pack and on its product page. We do not use undisclosed ingredients or proprietary blends.
Product photographs are for illustration. Natural herbs vary in colour, texture and aroma between batches, so a Product may look slightly different from the images shown. This is normal and is not a defect.
We may change, improve or discontinue any Product, and may limit quantities available to any customer or area, at our discretion.
Health, safety, and medical disclaimer
Please read this section in full.
3.1 Our Products are herbal supplements, not medicines. They are not prescription or over-the-counter drugs. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
3.2 Our Products do not replace medical care. Nothing on this website, on our packaging, in our messages to you, or in any content we publish is medical advice. It is general information only. Always consult a qualified doctor about any health condition. Never delay or stop medical treatment because of anything we have told you or published.
3.3 Consult a doctor before use if any of these apply. You are pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding. You take any prescription medicine. You have a diagnosed condition, including but not limited to a thyroid condition, an autoimmune condition, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, or any hormone-sensitive condition. You have surgery scheduled. You have a history of an eating disorder.
3.4 Read the label and the product page before use. Each Product page and pack sets out the ingredients, how to use the Product, and who should not use it. It is your responsibility to read this, to check the ingredients against your allergies and any medicines you take, and to follow the usage instructions.
3.5 Stop using the Product if you react to it. Discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice if you experience any adverse reaction. Please also tell us, so that we know.
3.6 Results vary and are not guaranteed. Herbal products work gradually, and their effects differ from person to person depending on individual health, consistency of use, diet and other factors. We make no promise about any specific outcome, timeframe or degree of improvement. We do not claim that any Product cures any condition, and we do not claim that any Product results in conception or pregnancy.
3.7 Customer experiences are individual. Any review, testimonial or customer experience shown on this website describes that individual’s experience. It is not a prediction of your result.
3.8 You are responsible for the information you give us. If you ask us for guidance, our answer is based only on what you tell us. We cannot know your medical history, your prescriptions or your test results unless you tell us, and we cannot verify what you tell us.
WhatsApp and customer guidance
We offer guidance to customers by WhatsApp and other messaging channels.
This service helps you choose between our Products, understand how to prepare and take them, and raise concerns. It is a customer support service.
It is not a medical consultation, a diagnosis or a prescription. The people answering our messages are not acting as your doctor, pharmacist or medical practitioner, and no doctor-patient relationship is created by contacting us.
Where a question falls outside what we can properly answer, we will tell you to consult a doctor. Please follow that advice.
Do not use WhatsApp or any channel on this website to report a medical emergency. Contact a doctor or hospital directly.
Messages you send us are handled under our Privacy Policy. Please do not send medical reports, test results or other sensitive documents unless we have specifically asked for them.
Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it to you.
We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a Product is unavailable, where we cannot deliver to your area, where the information given is incomplete or appears inaccurate, where we believe the order is for resale, or where we have reason to believe the Product is not suitable for you.
If we decline or cancel your order, we will contact you on the phone number or email address you gave.
Please check your order before submitting it. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change or cancel it.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout and are free on orders above the threshold stated on our website.
The price that applies to your order is the price shown when you place it. We may change prices, discounts and promotions at any time without notice, and such changes do not affect orders already accepted.
Where a promotion or discount code carries its own terms, those terms apply in addition to these Terms and prevail if they conflict.
Cash on delivery. We offer cash on delivery across Pakistan. Payment is due in full, in cash, to the courier at the time of delivery. The Product remains ours until payment is made.
If a parcel cannot be delivered because you are unavailable, because the address or phone number given is incorrect, or because you decline to accept or pay for it, the order is returned to us. We may decline future cash-on-delivery orders from a customer who has repeatedly refused delivery.
Delivery
We deliver within Pakistan using third-party courier services.
Delivery times shown on this website are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, by weather, by public holidays, or by other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
It is your responsibility to give a complete, correct delivery address and a working phone number. We are not responsible for a failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect details.
Please check your parcel on arrival. If it appears damaged or tampered with, or if the seal is broken, contact us before using the Product.

Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are generally unable to accept the return of a Product once opened or used, except where it is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or past its expiry date when it reached you.
Because our Products act gradually and results vary between individuals, a Product not producing a particular result is not by itself a defect. If you are not seeing a change, please contact us before requesting a return. The issue is often dosage, timing or preparation, and we may be able to help.
Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under applicable consumer protection law in Pakistan.

Personal information we collect is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Because this website is hosted by Shopify, information you submit is also processed by Shopify, which may involve transfer outside Pakistan. Shopify’s own privacy policy is available at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
Errors
There may occasionally be errors or omissions on this website relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, availability or delivery times. We may correct any error and may change or cancel an order affected by one, including after the order has been placed. Where we cancel an order for this reason and you have already paid, we refund you in full.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top.
Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of this website after that constitutes acceptance. The Terms that apply to your order are the ones in force when you placed it.
General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, are the entire agreement between us.
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours, for example if our business is sold.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first. We would rather resolve it directly and we will respond as quickly as we can.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.
