our story
We started with a problem, not a product
Ask women in Pakistan what they are dealing with, and two answers come back more than any others: weight loss and PCOS.
Both are common. Both are badly understood. And women are mostly left to manage them alone. They’re told to eat less, told it is stress, told to wait and see. Meanwhile, the herbal market fills up with products that promise results in two weeks and do not say what is inside their products.
That is the gap Health Through Herbs was built to fill in 2022.
We started where most Pakistani households already start. Herbs are the first answer here for a fever, a sore throat, a stubborn cough. That knowledge exists, but what it lacked was precision: exact herbs, exact quantities, tested and repeatable rather than approximate.
So our first two formulations targeted those two problems directly. PCOS Tea and Weight Loss Phakki. Getting the quantities right took a long stretch of testing and correction.
Four years and more than 10,000 orders later, they are still our two best-selling products.
We formulate alongside trained herbalists now, and every blend is tested by PCSIR before it reaches you. What has not changed is the standard we set at the start: if we cannot name every herb in it, we do not sell it.
Small batches, prepared in Peshawar
We are based in Peshawar and prepare every blend ourselves, in small batches, by hand.
Our herbs come from the local market, some brought in by importers, some grown across Pakistan. Small-batch preparation means we control what goes into each one, and we can stand behind every pack we send.
Most of what we use will already be familiar to you. A herb you recognise is a herb you can look up, check against your medicines, and decide about for yourself.
The combination and the exact quantities are the part that took years to get right, and they are what you are actually buying.

Who tested it?
Undeclared steroids and appetite suppressants remain a real problem in Pakistan’s herbal weight market. They produce fast results, which is precisely why they are used. An independent lab report is the only way to rule them out.
Is every ingredient named?
If it is, you can research each one, check it against your prescriptions, and identify anything you react to. “Herbal complex” on a label means you cannot do any of that.
Does the label tell you something you would rather not hear?
We ask you to walk thirty minutes a day and cut sugar and fried food. Nobody promising miracle results tells you to walk for 30 minutes every day.
Does it name who should avoid it?
A product suitable for everyone is usually a product that does nothing. Genuine herbs interact with genuine medicines.
